Before joining in 2020, Sylvain held Vice-President, Finance roles and other senior financial positions with a range of companies, including American Iron &amp; Metal, Labopharm and various companies within the Quebecor group. His entrepreneurial side led him to co-found a pharmaceutical company in 2013, where he still serves as a director.
