Blue Bridge Wealth Management becomes Brightstone Financial Group following its management buyout
Six partners now own the firm, which operates in Canada and Switzerland.
Montreal, September 23, 2026 — Blue Bridge Wealth Management Inc. today becomes Brightstone Financial Group Inc. The new identity follows the completion of the firm’s acquisition by its six senior executives: Cédric Cayla, Julie Elmlinger, Mark D’Souza, Philippe Bouchard, Michael Keenan and Sylvain Guénette. The transaction closed on July 31, 2026, following receipt of all required regulatory approvals in Canada and Switzerland.
The rebranding also extends to a second group entity: Blue Bridge Trust Company Inc. becomes Brightstone Trust Company Inc.
